Hi Reader, Am I the only one who thought the hardest part of bigger horse shows would be the actual competing? Over the last few weeks, I've spent hours on the USEF website preparing for Pony Finals. I've downloaded forms, read the prize list, made packing lists, scheduled the vet and farrier. I felt ready. Then, I realized I still had an entire list of questions, and none of them were answered anywhere official.
So I invited Laura Greenstreet, founder of the βPony Jumpers USA Facebook groupβ and mom to βpony jumper rider Coraβ who's attend Pony Finals THREE TIMES onto the podcast and basically peppered her with every question I could think of. By the end of our conversation, I felt something I wasn't expecting: Relieved. Not because I suddenly knew everything, but because the unknown didn't feel nearly as intimidating anymore...which is exactly what I'm hoping you'll feel after listening.
